Beverages
Spotlight™ oil is a perfect neutral fat wash, but can also mimic creamy or silky textures that butter or eggs provide. It makes a delicious oat milk creamer that does not separate when combined with coffee and a frothy Fizz cocktail.
Dips & Dressing
Spotlight™ oil has impressive emulsification properties for dips, dressings, condiments, and sauces. Whip up a batch of “I can’t believe this is vegan” mayo or an entire salad bar of dressings that won’t separate when stored in the fridge.
Mains & Snacks
Spotlight™ oil has a high OSI (oxidative stability index) and is ~5-7x more stable for frying compared to seed, olive, or avocado oils. Taste donuts, chicken, or tempura, not the fry oil.
Desserts
Spotlight™ oil is clean and neutral, making it ideal for cakes and cookies where delicate flavors like chocolate or lemon should shine. It can also improve shelf life, so baked goods stay fresh for an additional one or two days without oil leaching out.
